Morellino di Scansano si estende per circa 65.000 ettari di terreno nel sud-ovest della provincia di Grosseto, la zona pi\u00f9 meridionale della Toscana. L'area coperta dai vigneti comprende colline e colline pedemontane che degradano da nord e da est verso la piana di Albinia e da ovest verso la costa tirrenica e la piana di Grosseto.
